I went hesitantly, the truth is... but Haris and Natalia, the space, the faces... offered me a unique experience of relief and proper breathing that I hold deep within me and will walk with it as long as I can. Simply the most complete Breathwork experience I have ever had. A caring introduction, targeted preparatory and experiential exercises, personalized breath monitoring, and careful emotional/energetic preparation—all of which led me to meaningful inner work with the breath.

It's the third time that together with Natalia and Haris guides...I traveled with my breath inside me!
Each time the journey takes you to different destinations...there I visualized, rejoiced, hurt, was scared, cried....but every time next to me two people with knowledge, love, consistency and ethics were there with a hug to remind me that I am safe.
For me, Breathwork is liberating!

I always thought I am in touch wih my feelings, and I was but after the weekend with Ana, Natalia, and Haris I realized, that I acknowledged my feelings but I havent experienced them. They gave me tools and safe environment to deepen my relationship with myself. I highly recommend the breathwork workshop.

I've done a few breathwork workshops, but it's never been such a relaxing experience for me as with Anna, Natalia and Harris. With her technique, I quickly found myself in a state of deep peacefulness and apparently also timelessness, because an hour seemed like 20 minutes to me 🙃.

The breathwork workshop with Anna, Nataila and Haris was amazing. So much joy, humor, wisdom, comfort and self discovery packed in only a few hours without it feeling crammed. They are a really enjoyable trio of energy, light, love and knowledge and I would recommend discovering a piece of yourself with their support to all and anyone out there! <3

I attended a workshop in Vienna. The entire weekend was an amazing experience. From an educational standpoint point many of the concepts I had already known as a holistic practitioner and coach in the past, however, it was nice to be reminded of simple things we can do to create more harmony and balance in our lives. The breath work they taught was interesting and I had some profound breakthroughs with clarity, and processing some life events that had taken place. The instructions were kind, fun and created a very nice and safe space to make everyone there comfortable! The level of authenticity and connection with unconditional Love was a special moment to remember in my adventures and experiences!
